Fundraise for the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada

Who?

Anyone can empower communities worldwide from here in Canada by kick-starting a CDF fundraising initiative in your community or workplace. CDF will support you to make your event as successful as possible.

What?

Your program or event can raise awareness of the Canadian Co-operative Association's (CCA) International Program while also raising funds for CDF.

Some of the corporate programs and events CDF has helped Canadians organize: Employee engagement programs with a fundraising goal, staff fundraising activities such as donate-to-dress-down, bake sales, golf tournaments, curling bonspiels, presentations on international development, silent auctions, pledge-based events such as running a marathon or climbing a mountain on behalf of CDF.

Why?

Co-ops and credit unions across Canada are living out the value of co-operation among co-operatives through programs that engage their staff and members in fundraising for international co-operative development. These programs raise awareness of the Canadian Co-operative Association's (CCA) International Program and unite communities around shared co-operative values, while also raising funds for the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada (CDF).

How?

Contact CDF with your event idea and we'll do everything we can to help make it a success, including providing you with promotional support, CDF and CCA brochures, pledge forms, sample letters and press materials, and more.
