Youth approach the challenge of creating a fair and equitable world with innovative new ideas and enthusiasm and are therefore an important part of the international development equation. CCA's International Youth Internship Program (IYIP), generously funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) as part of the Government of Canada's Youth Employment Strategy, offers young graduates the work experience they need to secure good jobs in Canada or abroad while allowing them to discover the world and themselves.
