Quintin Fox, Director, Consultancy and Training Quintin performs a number of key roles at the Canadian Co-operative Association. He is director of the newly established Research, Education and Co-operation Hub (REACH). Prior to leading REACH, he was CCA's Manager of Member Services and oversaw CCA's 'common table' function where co-operatives and credit unions across Canada come together to dialogue on issues unique to co-operatives. He was also responsible for CCA's corporate governance knowledge area, and has been involved in a number of strategic development initiatives, including a national co-operative development strategy and the creation of a national director development program. Prior to joining CCA, Quintin was Head of Consultancy and Training at the UK-based rural development and educational charity, the Plunkett Foundation. Over the last 15 years, Quintin has managed a wide range of projects on behalf of government departments, development agencies and private corporations in the UK, Ukraine, Ireland and Canada - relating to healthcare, financial services, rural development and the co-operative sector. He is a graduate of the University of London, UK.

Tanya Gracie, Program Assistant Tanya Gracie is currently the Program Assistant for Member Services and REACH at the Canadian Co-operative Association, she has been in this role since September 2008. Tanya's role at CCA has mainly been supporting the development and coordination of CCA's 'common table' events, such as the Institute for Co-operative Studies and special events for CCA's 100th Anniversary celebration, including the development of A Century of Co-operation, the commemorative book celebrating the past 100 years of co-operatives in Canada; the creation of a virtual Canadian Co-operator's Hall of Fame, to recognize the contributions of outstanding Canadian co-operators; development of a National Youth Action Strategy to engage co-operative youth, and support for the organization of CCA's 2009 National Congress and annual meeting. Tanya is a recent graduate of the Maters of Community Economic Development program at Southern New Hampshire University, where she studied social enterprises and co-operatives through a community economic development perspective. Tanya is also active through other roles in the co-operative community. As a member of St. George's Housing Co-op in Ottawa, she is involved in education for this co-op as well as other housing co-ops in Eastern Ontario. Tanya is also a member of the board for CASC- the Canadian Association for Studies in Co-operation. Outside of the co-operative sector, Tanya is a member of the Youth Advisory Group for the Canadian Commission for UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
