More than 200 co-operators from across Canada around the world met in Ottawa on June 16-19, 2009 for CCA's 100th Anniversary National Congress. The event marked a century of co-operation and commemorated the creation of an organized co-operative movement in Canada. Plenary sessions, workshops and special events reflected the Congress theme: Celebrating a Century of Co-operation: Honouring the Past, Building the Future. The Congress also featured the launch of CCA's commemorative book, A Century of Co-operation by Ian MacPherson.
